Recipe Ingredients

1/4   Butter
3   Zucchini - sliced 1/8 inch
  Thick
1/8   Garlic powder
4   Tomatoes - sliced 1/4 inch
  Thick
1   Onion - sliced 1/8 inch
  Thick
1/2   Fresh mushrooms - sliced 1/8 inch
  Thick
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozMozzarella cheese - grated

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute zucchini in butter with very light

sprinkling of garlic powder. Layer zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and

mushrooms in 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
