Crockpot Beef and Peppers (6 PTS)

Serves: 8 people

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozLean round steak - trim all fat
2   Green peppers - sliced thin
2 tablespoons 30mlDried onions - 1 used two large fresh onions
1 cup 237mlBeef broth
2 tablespoons 30mlLow sodium soy sauce
1   Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround ginger
1   Garlic - minced ( I used 4 cloves)

Recipe Instructions

Cut the steak into serving size pieces. Put the vegetables in the bottom of

the crockpot, then put the steak in a single layer on top of the vegetables.

Pour the rest of the ingreds. over the top. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours

or high for about 4 hours. I found that I needed to add more water because

it was so salty. Then when it was almost done I thickened it with a little

flour.
