Creamy Dill Dressing (3.5 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Silken soft tofu |
| 1 oz | 28g | Garlic clove (small) |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Tightly packed fresh dill |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice - freshly squeezed |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Drain the tofu in a fine-mesh strainer for 15 minutes.
Process all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Use immediately
or refrigerate up to 5 days.
