8 oz 227gSilken soft tofu
1 oz 28gGarlic clove (small)
1 cup 237mlTightly packed fresh dill
1/4 cup 59mlLemon juice - freshly squeezed
3 tablespoons 45mlWater
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Drain the tofu in a fine-mesh strainer for 15 minutes.

Process all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Use immediately

or refrigerate up to 5 days.
