1 1/2		Salt
1/4		Garlic Powder
1/4		Black Pepper
2		Lemon Juice
1		White Vinegar
1 1/4		Light Sour Cream
2		Light Mayonnaise
2		Finely Chopped Green Onions
2		Grated Carrot

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and blend throroughly.

Store left over dressing in the refridgerator.
