Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlNonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons 30mlLowfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlNonfat milk
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDry mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlWorcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlHot sauce
1   Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese - (8 ounce)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozKraft Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese - shredded
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozFresh crabmeat - drained
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPaprika

Recipe Instructions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 8 ingredients (sour

cream through Philadelphia cream cheese). Process until smooth, scraping

sides of processor bowl once. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in Kraft

cheddar cheese and crab meat. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve

with thin slices of baguette or breadsticks.

Yield: 3.5 cups or approximately 56 tablespoons.
