Pudding - 4 serving size | ||
2/3 cup | 157ml | Carnation nonfat dry milk powder |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mint extract |
2 | Green food coloring - (2-3) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Cool Whip Free |
2 | Mini chocolate chips | |
1 | Oreo Pie Crust - 6 oz or Keebler |
In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water.
Mix well, using a wire whisk.
Fold in mint extract, green food coloring, and Cool Whip Lite.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into piecrust.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I tried freezing this and it came out incredible! You can use any kind
of instant pudding mix in this recipe as well as Lite or
regular Cool Whip.
