Choco-Mint Pie (4 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1   Jello fat free sugar free instant vanilla
  Pudding - 4 serving size
2/3 cup 157mlCarnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups 296mlWater
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMint extract
2   Green food coloring - (2-3)
1 cup 237mlCool Whip Free
2   Mini chocolate chips
1   Oreo Pie Crust - 6 oz or Keebler

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water.

Mix well, using a wire whisk.

Fold in mint extract, green food coloring, and Cool Whip Lite.

Stir in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into piecrust.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I tried freezing this and it came out incredible! You can use any kind

of instant pudding mix in this recipe as well as Lite or

regular Cool Whip.
