Chicken and Stuffing Casserole (8 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
24 oz | 681g | Chicken breasts without skin |
6 oz | 170g | Herb stuffing mix-peppridge farms |
6 oz | 170g | Swiss cheese slices |
1 | Campbell's 98% fat free cream of celery | |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine, imitation |
1/4 cup | 59ml | 2% milk |
Place chicken breasts in a large lasagna pan or casserole pan. Whip soup
and milk together and pout over chicken. Top each breast with a 1 oz.
slice of Swiss Cheese and 1 oz. Stuffing Mix. Dot margarine evenly over
all chicken pieces and through out pan. Bake at 375 degrees 45-55
minutes. Cover for the first 40 minutes then uncover.
Each breast plus the surrounding topping is 8 points. Serve with steamed
broccoli and a side salad for a wonderful dinner.
