1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Frozen green peas |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Frozen carrots - sliced or diced |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Cooked chicken (about 5 ounces) - cut up |
1 | Condensed creamy chicken soup | |
1 cup | 237ml | Original Bisquick |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Parsley - chopped, if desired |
Heat 1 1/2 cups milk, the peas, carrots, chicken and soup to boiling in
3-quart saucepan.
Mix Bisquick, 1/3 cup milk and the pepper until soft dough forms. Drop
dough by 8 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes
longer. Sprinkle with parsley.

40 mg cholesterol; 1080 mg sodium; 35 g carbohydrate (2 g dietary fiber); 18
