| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
| 4 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 | Fresh ginger - (2 inch) minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coriander |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cumin |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground cloves |
Place meat in a shallow baking dish. In a bowl, combine remaining
ingredients. Cover chicken with spice mixture, rubbing it into
chicken on all sides. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Grill chicken 5 to 10 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
