| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Skim milk | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |

Mix together and put into 12 muffin tins and cook at 350F for 15-20 min.

cup white flour.
