1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Pork Loins, Lean, Boneless (tenderloin) - cubed |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Lean Beef - cubed |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Sharp lowfat cheddar cheese - grated |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cooked noodles - drained |
2 cups | 60g / 2.1oz | Healthy Choice Broccoli & Cheddar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/2 | Green Bell Pepper - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light Margarine |
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray 2 QT baking dish with cooking spray. Brown meat using reduced calorie margarine. Remove meat from skillet and scrape skillet with 1/2 cup water, add water to other ingredient and mix.
Add mixture to prepared baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat heat to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 1 hour.
