1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Peeled apples - thinly sliced |
TOPPING | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
Combine Bisquick, milk, sugar, oil and egg; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture over batter; top with apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
