Apple Cobblers (2 or 2 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

2   Whole wheat bread
1/3 cup 78mlNonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup 78mlWater
  Sugar substitute to equal 2 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cinnamon
2 teaspoons 10mlApples - pared and sliced (small)
2 teaspoons 10mlBrown sugar - firmly packed

Recipe Instructions

In blender container, combine all ingredients except apples and sugar; process until well blended. In each of four 10-ounce custard cups, arrange 1/4 of the apple slices; top each with 1/4 of the bread mixture, then sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Microwave on High (100% power)4 1/2-5 minutes or until hot and sugar is bubbly.
