Apple Cobblers (2 or 2 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Whole wheat bread | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Nonfat dry milk powder |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
Sugar substitute to equal 2 tsp sugar | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Apples - pared and sliced (small) |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Brown sugar - firmly packed |
In blender container, combine all ingredients except apples and sugar; process until well blended. In each of four 10-ounce custard cups, arrange 1/4 of the apple slices; top each with 1/4 of the bread mixture, then sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Microwave on High (100% power)4 1/2-5 minutes or until hot and sugar is bubbly.
