White Chocolate Berry Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozGraham cracker crumbs - or chocolate crumbs
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSoft margarine - melted
4   White chocolate
8 oz 227gLight cream cheese - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlAlmond extract
19 oz 539gCanned mixed berry pie filling - divided
1/2 cup 118mlWhipping cream

Recipe Instructions

Combine crumbs and margarine. Press evenly over bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.

Bake at 375F for 8 minutes. Cool. Melt white chocolate over hot water.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth.

Blend in chocolate. Fold 1 cup pie filling into chocolate mixture.

Beat whipping cream until stiff, fold into chocolate mixture.

Spoon into crumb crust.

Spoon remaining pie filling in center of pie.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
