Weight Watchers Pumpkin Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Pumpkin - canned |
1 cup | 237ml | Evaporated skim milk |
1 | Egg - (or 1/3 cup egg substitute) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Pumpkin pie spice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweet 'n low(r) sweetener - liquid |
Mix all ingredients and pour into 8-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
