Upside Down Peach Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 | Sliced peaches |
Mix together and pour into baking dish. Drain peaches and save juice.
Put peaches on top of pie crust mix. Measure peach juice and add enough water to make 3 cups. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Heat and pour over fruit and bake at 350F.
