Avocado And Raisin Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Avocados - peeled and chopped | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground pepper |
Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas.
