Strawberry Cheesecake Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
Strawberries | ||
2 | Commercial graham cracker crusts | |
Cheesecake | ||
32 oz | 909g | Plain - non-fat yogurt - drain 24 hrs |
1 3/4 tablespoons | 26ml | Arrowroot powder |
2 | Egg whites | |
2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Strawberry Glaze | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Strawberries - crushed |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cornstarch |
Melt chocolate chips with oil. Pour into crusts until each is coated with thin covering. Set aside to cool.
Mix together cheesecake ingredients. Pour into crusts and bake at 300F about 40 minutes or until set. Cool.
Top with strawberries. Combine glaze ingredients and cook until thickened. Cool and pour over pies.
Chill and garnish with whipped cream before serving.
