Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 110g / 3.9ozChocolate chips
1/4 cup 59mlOil
  Strawberries
2   Commercial graham cracker crusts
  Cheesecake
32 oz 909gPlain - non-fat yogurt - drain 24 hrs
1 3/4 tablespoons 26mlArrowroot powder
2   Egg whites
2/3 cup 131g / 4.6ozSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
  Strawberry Glaze
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozStrawberries - crushed
1/2 cup 118mlWater
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlCornstarch

Recipe Instructions

Melt chocolate chips with oil. Pour into crusts until each is coated with thin covering. Set aside to cool.

Mix together cheesecake ingredients. Pour into crusts and bake at 300F about 40 minutes or until set. Cool.

Top with strawberries. Combine glaze ingredients and cook until thickened. Cool and pour over pies.

Chill and garnish with whipped cream before serving.
