Ricotta Graham Cracker Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Low-fat ricotta cheese |
4 | Graham crackers - (2.5-inch squares) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Raisins |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cinnamon |
Mix all ingredients except 2 graham crackers. (You don't need to crush the graham crackers when you mix them.) Place 1 graham cracker in the bottom of a 1 cup bowl.
Spoon ricotta mixture over it. Press the other graham cracker on top. Cover and refrigerate over night.
