Raspberry/Lime Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Sweetened condensed milk - (14 oz.) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lime juice |
1 | -- (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed | |
Few drops red food coloring - optional | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh raspberries |
1 | Graham cracker pie crust - , baked and cooled | |
Raspberries for garnish | ||
Fresh mint leaves for garnish |
In a mixing bowl, stir together milk and lime juice (mixture will begin to thicken).
Mix in whipped topping. Add food coloring if desired.
Gently fold in raspberries.
Spoon into pie crust. Chill.
Garnish with raspberries and mint.
