Planters Perfect Pecan Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Eggs | |
1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Light corn syrup |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecan halves - chopped |
1 | Unbaked pie shell |
In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly, stir in corn syrup, margarine, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie shell.
Then: Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes more or until crust is golden
