Pirates' Chocolate Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Melted chocolate |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Minced walnuts |
2 | Eggs | |
4 oz | 113g | Margarine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Bourbon |
1 | Salt | |
One nine inch pie shell |
Melt margarine and chocolate together in stainless steel bowl. Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add melted margarine and chocolate to other ingredients. Pour into pie shell and cook for 50 minutes at 375F.
Chill and serve with whipped cream.
