Pineapple Icebox Pie

Recipe Ingredients

4 tablespoons	60ml	Flour
1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
2		Eggs - beaten
3/4 cup	177ml	Water
20 oz	568g	Crushed pineapple in juice
		Vanilla wafers

Recipe Instructions

Mix flour and sugar in a pot. Add eggs and water. Add pineapple. Cook till thick. Alternate layers of wafers and filling in pie pan until used up. Chill.
