Pineapple Icebox Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Flour |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
20 oz | 568g | Crushed pineapple in juice |
Vanilla wafers |
Mix flour and sugar in a pot. Add eggs and water. Add pineapple. Cook till thick. Alternate layers of wafers and filling in pie pan until used up. Chill.
