1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed pineapple - drained |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Coconut |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | Margarine | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Mix all the ingredients and bake at 350F until done.
