1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Melted butter |

1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Ice water |

1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Granulated sugar |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped walnuts |
Crust: Combine flour, salt and butter in bowl. Cut butter into flour.
Add ice water; toss to form ball.
Roll out to fit 12" pie pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Filling: Mix filling ingredients together. Fill shell.
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes.
Then at 350F for 40 minutes. Topping: Sprinkle over pie.
Bake 15 minutes.
