Peanut Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Dark corn syrup |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Peanut butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1 cup | 237ml | Salted peanuts |
Cream cheese pie pastry - chilled | ||
Whipped cream |

Beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and thickened, about 4 minutes. Stir in peanuts and blend.
until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Top each slice with whipped cream.
