Peach Crumb Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | All purpose flour |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
3 cups | 711ml | Peaches - peeled and sliced |

Topping | ||
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | All purpose flour |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Rolled oats |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - softened |
Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375F.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well. Pour mixture into pie crust.
For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and rolled oats.
Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie.
Bake on preheated baking sheet for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
