Peach Cobbler - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Butter | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Self rising flour |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk. |
1 | Fruit - prepared drained |
Heat oven to 350F.
Put 1 stick of butter in baking pan, and leave in oven until melted. Meanwhile mix 1 cup self rising flour and 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup milk.
Remove pan from oven when butter is melted and pour batter directly into sizzling butter. Pour in 1 quart prepared drained fruit and put in oven.
Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes (dough rises to top to form brown, crisp crust.)
Serve with whipped cream or Ice Cream.
Absolutely delicious and quite good with strawberries too!
