1 | Unbaked 9 inch pie shell | |
2 cups | 474ml | Cooked or canned pumpkin |
1 | Sweetened condensed | |
Milk | ||
2 | Eggs | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Mincemeat |
Preheat oven to 425F.
In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, condensed milk, egg and spices.
Mix well. Pour mince meat into pie shell, top with pumpkin mixture.
Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
