Passover Pie Crust - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Pecans |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soft butter or margarine |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Matzoth cake meal |
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9-in. pie pan. Insert metal blade.
Place pecans in work bowl of food processor and process until fine; with 3 or 4 pulses. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended; about 15 to 20 seconds.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light gold in color.
Cool completely before filling.
Note: When recipe calls for an unbaked pie shell, fill before baking.
