Passover Pie Crust - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Matzoth meal |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Plus 1 t. Sugar |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter; or margarine |

Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Place all ingredients in work bowl of food processor and process until well blended, about 25 to 30 seconds.
Press dough into the bottom and up the sides of pie pan.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool completely before filling.
