1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla instant pudding (small) |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sour cream |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Rum |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
1 | Crushed pineapple (8 1/2 oz) | |
1 | Baked graham cracker crust |
Combine pudding mix, sour cream, rum, sugar and milk in a bowl; beat with wire whisk until smooth.
Fold in pineapple.
Chill 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip topping.
