Orchard Mince Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pie crust - unbaked | |
2 cups | 474ml | Medium apples - peeled and fine chop |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Prepared mincemeat |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Light cream |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Brown sugar - packed |
1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped nuts |
In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and salt.
Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 375F for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
