Orchard Mince Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1   Pie crust - unbaked
2 cups 474mlMedium apples - peeled and fine chop
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozPrepared mincemeat
3/4 cup 177mlLight cream
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozBrown sugar - packed
1/4 tablespoon 3.8mlSalt
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped nuts

Recipe Instructions

In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and salt.

Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 375F for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
