2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
2 cups | 474ml | Oatmeal |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking soda in 3 tablespoons boiling water |
Filling | ||
2 | Egg whites | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Vegetable oil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | -- ¥ |

Cream together sugar, margarine and eggs. Add salt, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and baking powder. Add soda and water last. Drop on pans. Bake 350F for 10 minutes.
FILLING: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add oil and sugar. The more you beat the fluffier it gets. When cookie part cools spread filling on two and put together.
