1 | Graham cracker crust | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Concentrated lemon juice |
1 | Softened cream cheese | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1 cup | 237ml | Sweetened condensed milk* |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Cherry pie filling |

In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Chill 3 hours or until set.
Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
