Multi Blend Fruit Cobbler Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Butter |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Am multi blend flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Non-alum baking powder |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk or milk substitute |
2 cups | 474ml | Fruit, fresh or canned - drained |
Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking powder, honey, egg and milk.
Pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400F.
