Mr. Food's Creamy Chocolate Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk |
4 oz | 113g | Cream cheese - softened |
8 oz | 227g | Cont. Frozen whipped topping - thawed |
Graham cracker pie crust - 9 inch |
In a large bowl, stir together cocoa and oil. Add sugar and milk; mix with a spoon until smooth. Add cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
With a spoon, fold in whipped topping until well blended. Pour into pie crust, cover loosely and freeze 3-4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Note: You can garnish this pie in hundreds of ways.
Try decorating slices with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, a dusting of cocoa or any of your favorites.
