Mom's Pecan Pie

Recipe Ingredients

3		Eggs - beaten
3/4 cup	148g / 5.2oz	Sugar
1 cup	328g / 11oz	Karo syrup - (light)
1		Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter
1 cup	237ml	Pecans

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350F and bake and additional 45 minutes.
