Mom's Pecan Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Eggs - beaten | |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Karo syrup - (light) |
| 1 | Salt | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Pecans |
Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350F and bake and additional 45 minutes.
