Mom's Coconut Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Eggs - well beaten | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Self rising flour |
1 3/4 cups | 346g / 12oz | Sugar |
1/2 | Butter - melted | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
1 | Coconut - (7 oz) |
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well and pour into 2 pie pans.
Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
This recipe makes its own crust.
