Mock Pecan Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Corn syrup |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar - granulated |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - melted or margarine |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Rolled oats - quick cooking |
1 | Pie shell; 9" - unbaked |
Beat eggs in small mixing bowl.
Beat in next 4 ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake on bottom shelf in 350F oven about 60 minutes until set.
