Crust | ||
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar granulated |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or oleo - softened |
Filling | ||
12 oz | 340g | Cool whip |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar' granulated |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 | Inst. Chocolate | |
1 | Inst. Butterscotch | |
3 cups | 711ml | Milk |
Method: thoroughly blend crust ingredients in food processor. Press firmly in bottom of pan.
Blend together half of the cool whip, sugar, and cream cheese.
Spread mixture on top of crust.
Whip together the puddings and milk and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cool whip.
