Mile High Strawberry Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Egg whites (large) |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/4 cups | 182g / 6.4oz | Crushed strawberries |
1/2 | Whipped cream | |
1 | Pie shell |
Beat the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries at high speed with a mixer for 15 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream. Pile into pie shell.
Freeze until ready to serve.
