Mile High Strawberry Pie

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Egg whites (large)
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1 1/4 cups	182g / 6.4oz	Crushed strawberries
1/2		Whipped cream
1		Pie shell

Recipe Instructions

Beat the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries at high speed with a mixer for 15 minutes.

Fold in whipped cream. Pile into pie shell.

Freeze until ready to serve.
