Vanilla wafers | ||
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
Beat egg yolks and add milk and juice of lemons. Mix well.
Crush enough wafers for bottom of pie pan. Use whole wafers around the edge.
Beat egg whites until almost stiff, add about 4T sugar, beat until stiff, and cover the pie.
Eat whole pie in one sitting.
