Kentucky Pecan Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 328g / 11ozWhite corn syrup
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozPacked dark brown sugar
1/3 teaspoon 1.7mlSalt
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozMelted butter
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
2 teaspoons 10mlLightly beaten eggs (large)
1 1/4 cups 296mlShelled whole pecans

Recipe Instructions

Combine the syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add the slightly beaten eggs.

Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell.

Sprinkle pecans over all.

Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. When cool, top with whipped cream or ice cream. From:
