Impossible Custard Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Blender - combine----- | |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Baking powder |
1 | Salt | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsalted butter - softened |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Eggs (large) |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Garnish----- | ||
Coconut flakes |
Preheat oven to 400.
Blend for about a minute.
Place in buttered 9 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with flaked or shredded coconut.
Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean (about 30 minutes)
