Impossible Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Eggs | |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine |
2 oz | 56g | Unsweetened chocolate - (2 squares) melted and cooled |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Biscuit baking mix* |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
Pour mixture into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake for 30 min. or until set.
Cool completely before serving.
Serve topped with whipped cream. nuts, cherries, of chocolate sprinkles. (*-Bisquick)
