Impossible Cherry-Custard Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
21 oz | 596g | Cherry pie filling |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - softened |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
4 | Eggs | |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bisquick |
Heat oven to 400F. Grease 10" pie plate.
Drain pie filling, reserving syrup. Beat all ingredients except cherries and reserved syrup until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into plate.
Spoon cherries evenly over top.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with warm reserved syrup and , if desired, sweetened whipped cream.
