Impossible Cherry Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - softened |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Almond extract |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Bisquick baking mix |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
21 oz | 596g | Cherry pie filling |
Streusel | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - solid |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Bisquick baking mix |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar - packed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
Heat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2".
Beat all ingredients except pie filling and Streusel until smooth, 15 sec. In blender on high or 1 minutes.
With hand beater. Pour into plate.
Spoon pie filling evenly over top.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with Streusel. Bake until streusel is brown, about 10 minutes. Longer.
Cool; refrigerate any remaining pie.
STREUSEL: Cut margarine into Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
