Impossible Banana Cream Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
3 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar - granulated |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Bisquick baking mix |
2 | Bananas - medium, sliced | |
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream - chilled |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar - powdered |
Preheat to 350F.
Grease pie plate, 9x 1 1/4". Beat milk, butter, vanilla, eggs, granulated sugar and Bisquick until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool completely. Arrange bananas slices on pie. Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in chilled bowl until stiff; spread over top.
