Hot Fudge Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
3 | Bakers chocolate | |
1 1/4 cups | 247g / 8.7oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vanilla |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Eggs (large) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pecans - (if desired) |
Ice cream - (if desired) |
Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
Beat in sugar fold in flour and nuts.
Turn onto greased 9" pie pan.
Bake at 350F for 20 - 30 minutes.
Center should be moist.
Do not over cook.
Serve warm with ice cream.
